Name, E-mail address, telephone number, and any other personal information that is voluntarily included in E-mails by the customers.
When necessary, there are cases where the Company obtains other personal information in reply to inquiries. In these cases, the Company will ask each time for individual consent regarding personal information handling.

Providing personal information is voluntary for customers; however, if the information of interest cannot be provided, the Company will not be able to achieve the above usage objective and may not be able to reply in a manner considered satisfactory. |

Contact for Target Personal Information Disclosure and Inquiry |

Based on requests from the customers, the Company will accept “Notification of Usage Objective,” “Disclosure,” “Modification and Addition or Deletion of Contents,” and “Refusal of Usage or Provision” (hereinafter called “disclosures”) of disclosure-target personal information that the Company has.
